1. Aguerooooo!: The final day of the 2011/12 season saw Manchester City and rivals Manchester United neck and neck in the title race. City needed a win against QPR to clinch the title and they looked to be on their way to victory until QPR scored twice in the last ten minutes. With United winning their match, it seemed the title was slipping away from City. But in the dying seconds of the match, Sergio Aguero scored a dramatic winner to secure City's first Premier League title.

2. The Invincibles: In the 2003/04 season, Arsenal became the first team in the Premier League era to go an entire season unbeaten. Led by the likes of Thierry Henry and Patrick Vieira, Arsenal won 26 matches and drew 12 to finish the season with 90 points, 11 points clear of second-placed Chelsea.

3 . Gerrard's Slip: Liverpool were top of the table in the 2013/14 season and just a few games away from winning their first Premier League title. However, in a crucial match against Chelsea, captain Steven Gerrard slipped and allowed Demba Ba to score, leading to a 2-0 defeat for Liverpool.
